Welcome to the Zone Blitz Draft Report. My name is Erik Sandelin, and I have been a draftnik since 1992. I wrote for the now-defunct draft publication The Stadium Guide to Football from 1995 to 1998 and attended three of those drafts with press credentials.
The intent behind this site is to provide as much information as possible on upcoming NFL Drafts. With the 2008 Draft in the books, the current focus will obviously be on the 2009 Draft, but if I come across information, rumors, or predictions regarding Drafts even further in the future, I will post it here.
I will attempt to post daily, if my schedule and the availability of pertinent information allows. This site will be a clearinghouse - a one-stop shopping center, if you will – of links to other sites that have posted articles about future drafts. You will see to the right-hand side of this site a “blogroll” with links to the sites I use to scour the web for the latest in NFL Draft tidbits. As I come across new sites, I will add them to the blogroll. If you know of sites that you feel I should use in my research, please pass them along to me. If you find articles regarding future drafts that I have missed, please pass those along, as well. Thank you.
